Entry Point North AB, established in 2005, is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training, primarily educating Air Traffic Controllers. The headquarters of Entry Point North is located at Malmö Airport and attracts customers and students from all over Europe. Entry Point North is looking for a Training Administrator who is ready to take off with us!

Job description

As a Training Administrator you will be working in our Training & Operations department. It’s a high pace and innovative environment where you will be working in close collaboration with colleagues both in the Training & Operations department and other departments within Entry Point North. You will be working mainly with training and course related matters together with a training specialist in a course management team. You will also take on the role as Course Manager where you will be responsible for all the coordination of the course from start to finish.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Be a contact person for our instructors and students and give them support
  • Be fully responsible for the administration of a course from beginning to end
  • Take part in various projects within Entry Point North.
  • Represent Entry Point North towards guests and customers
The employment is until further notice, starting as soon as possible. You will be based at our premises at Malmö Airport and report to Team leader Training and Operations. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement “Kommunikation” between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.


We are looking for an open-minded colleague with a positive attitude. You are structured and flexible when it comes to organising and taking responsibility for whatever needs to be done. You have no problems adapting to quick changes. Where others see problems, you see possibilities.

You need at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role. You must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

Drivers licence is an advantage.
