Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. Entry Point North is based at Malmö Airport, with customers and students all over Europe. It has subsidiaries in Ireland (Shannon and Dublin), Hungary (Budapest), Spain (Madrid) and Denmark (Copenhagen).

We are expanding and looking for a new Finance Controller to our new joint venture in Belgium who is ready to take off with us!

Role and Responsibility

We offer a job in an international company with employees from many different countries. In the role as Finance Controller, you will work in our Finance Department with 8 co-workers. The atmosphere is humorous and supportive. You are based in Malmö-Sturup Sweden. Regular international travel (mostly Belgium) will be a part of the job.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to handle all financial related tasks that are connected to our new setup in Belgium. The main tasks will be the daily accounting and bookkeeping, internal and external reporting, budget and forecasting. Your tasks will also include analysis and reporting, challenging the business to drive improvements and to continuously strive to improve reporting and controlling processes, analysing tools and systems.

As this will be a new company you will be involved in setting up and documenting new routines and processes. You will work in close cooperation with the managing director and act as advisor in financial issues. You will act as the financial coordinator between the subsidiary and the headquarters in Sweden.

Overall you work to provide financial expertise and support to both the operational business, as well as development projects.


  • Experience from Belgium accounting and tax laws
  • Academic degree in Business Administration
  • Four to six years of experience in various roles related to accounting and controlling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A sound knowledge of French, German or Dutch would also be viewed as an advantage
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Experience in Microsoft AX would also be very useful

The position is full time, until further notice and you will report to Group Finance Manager, starting as soon as possible. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement “Kommunikation” between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
