Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. In 2011 we established a subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary and from 2014 also a subsidiary in Shannon, Ireland. We are looking for a new Planning Specialist who is ready to take-off with us!

Role and responsibility

We offer a job in an international company with employees from many different countries. In the role as Planning Specialist you will work in our Systems Department with twelve co-workers, whereas one is Planning Specialist. Planning and preparation of courses is done centrally from the main office in Malmö-Sturup for all sites. Planning and preparation is getting more and more crucial therefore, EPN needs to man-up with an extra Planning Specialist.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:
  • Produce and propose production plans for training courses and keep the operational plans updated.
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination and long term reservations of classrooms, simulators, pilots, students and staff.
  • Responsible for the administration of short-term instructors.


We believe that you have at least finalised secondary school and that you have worked with administration and planning for about 2-3 years. You have knowledge in MS Sharepoint and preferably in MS Dynamics AX. Excellent knowledge in MS Office especially Excel. VBA programming within Excel is an advantage. The company language is English so you need to be confident in using English both in writing and speaking.

As a person you are ambitious and responsible with a holistic approach and a flexible and service minded attitude. You are detail oriented, have good communicative skills and can work under pressure. You like to work in a team, but you are also comfortable working independently.

The position is full time until further notice, starting as soon as possible, and you will report to Support Manager. The conditions of employment follows the general conditions of the collective agreement “Kommunikation” between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
